Advent
The Coming Light
Twenty-five days through the promise, the waiting, and the coming of Christ. A reading a day from December 1 to Christmas: Scripture, a reflection, a question, and a prayer.
How to use this
Do one day together whenever you can. Read the passage out loud, read the devotional, then talk through the questions and pray. It takes about fifteen minutes if you are moving, and longer if a question opens something up. Let it.
There is no schedule and nothing to keep up with. Some couples do one a night, some do one a week. Keep your own place the way you would a bookmark in a book, and pick back up wherever you left off.
