Anxiety & Peace
Finding Rest in an Anxious World
Twenty-one days for anxious hearts. An honest walk through worry and fear toward the peace God gives, one reading a day: Scripture, a reflection, a question, and a prayer.
How to use this
Do one day together whenever you can. Read the passage out loud, read the devotional, then talk through the questions and pray. It takes about fifteen minutes if you are moving, and longer if a question opens something up. Let it.
There is no schedule and nothing to keep up with. Some couples do one a night, some do one a week. Keep your own place the way you would a bookmark in a book, and pick back up wherever you left off.
